• Thoroughly wash your hands before preparing the feed.
• Sterilise the feeding bowl, feeding spoon and water measuring cup by boiling them in water for 10 minutes.
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and leave it to cool until it's lukewarm.
• Using the water measuring cup, pour the correct amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table.
• Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of level scoops into the feeding bowl according to your infant's age. Stir until the Farex baby powder dissolves completely.
• Feed your baby with a bowl and spoon, and discard any leftover feed right away.

Infant food should only be used under the guidance of a health worker. The water measuring cup should never touch the infant formula powder. Store in a cool and dry place to avoid spoilage.
