Follow these exact steps to ensure safe preparation and maximum nutritional benefit:

1. Wash thoroughly: Wash your hands and all feeding utensils (cup, spoon, or bottle) thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Sterilise: Boil all feeding utensils in water for 5 minutes. Keep them covered until ready to use.
3. Boil water: Boil fresh, safe drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down to a lukewarm temperature (approx. 40°C).
4. Measure water: Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding cup or bottle as per the feeding table.
5. Add powder: Use only the scoop provided inside the pack. Add 1 level scoop of Similac stage 3 powder for every 30 ml of water.
6. Mix well: Stir or shake gently until the powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

Pro Tip: Do not use a microwave to prepare or warm the formula, as it can cause "hot spots" that may burn your baby's mouth and destroy essential heat-sensitive nutrients.
