How to Prepare MMS Stage 1 Infant Formula:

Improper preparation can make your baby ill. Follow these steps exactly.

Wash Hands: Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the feed.
Sterilise Equipment: Boil the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap in water for at least 5 minutes to sterilise them.
Boil Water: Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool down to lukewarm (around 40°C / 100°F).
Pour Water: Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised bottle according to the feeding table.
Add Powder: Use only the scoop provided in the 400g tin. Level the powder using the edge of the tin. Do not pack the powder down. Add the exact number of scoops to the water.
Mix Well: Cap the bottle and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved. Test the temperature on your wrist before feeding.

7.Standard Feeding Guide (Always consult your paediatrician):

0-2 Weeks: 90ml water + 3 level scoops (6 feeds per day)
3-4 Weeks: 120ml water + 4 level scoops (5-6 feeds per day)
2-4 Months: 150ml water + 5 level scoops (5 feeds per day)
5-6 Months: 180ml water + 6 level scoops (4-5 feeds per day)

Pro Tip: Never save leftover formulas. Discard any unfinished feed within 1 hour to prevent bacterial growth.
