Follow these exact steps to ensure optimal hygiene and nutritional delivery.

1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Clean and sterilise the baby's feeding bowl and spoon by boiling them in water for 5 minutes.
2. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until it is lukewarm (approx. 40°C).
3. Pour 100ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bowl.
4. Add 4 level scoops (approx. 33g) of Cerelac Stage 3 powder to the water. Use only the scoop provided in the packaging (or a standard equivalent).
5. Stir continuously until the powder dissolves completely into a smooth, lump-free consistency.
6. Feed the baby immediately using a clean spoon. Do not store unconsumed prepared cereal.

Pro Tip: Do not use milk to prepare this cereal. Since the formulation already contains milk solids, adding it to cow's milk may disrupt the digestive balance and nutrient concentration. Use water only.

• Mother's milk is best for your baby. Infant food shall be introduced only after the age of 6 months and up to the age of two years. Infant food should be used only on the advice of a health worker as to the need for its use and the proper method of its use.
• Contains Wheat (Gluten) and Milk solids. May contain traces of soy. Do not feed if your child is diagnosed with lactose intolerance, cow's milk protein allergy, or celiac disease.
• Improper preparation, use of unboiled water, or unsterilized feeding equipment can lead to severe illness and gastrointestinal infections.
• After opening the refill pack, immediately transfer the contents into an empty, clean, dry, and airtight container. Replace the lid tightly after every use.
• Use the contents within 3 weeks of opening the foil pouch or before the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
• Never store or reuse leftover prepared cereal, as microbial growth occurs rapidly.
