Directions for Use

Wash your hands thoroughly. Sterilise the baby's bowl and spoon by boiling them in water for 5 minutes.
Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until it is lukewarm.
Pour exactly 75ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilised bowl.
Add exactly 3 level scoops (approx. 25g) of Cerelac Wheat 300 gm powder. Use only the scoop provided in the pack.
Stir continuously until the cereal reaches a smooth consistency. Feed immediately.
1 to 2 servings per day for a 6-month baby, or as advised by your paediatrician.

Pro Tip: Never use a bottle to feed cereal. Using a spoon helps the baby learn the "tongue thrust" motion required for eating solids and prevents overfeeding.

Safety Information

MOTHER'S MILK IS BEST FOR YOUR BABY. Infant food shall be introduced only after the age of 6 months.
Contains Wheat (Gluten) and Milk solids. Not suitable for infants with Celiac disease or CMPA.
After opening, transfer the pouch into an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.
Consume within 3 weeks of opening.
Prepared cereal should never be reused as saliva can cause bacterial growth in the bowl.
