1. Wash and dry your hands before handling a fresh sanitary pad.
2. Remove the pad from its wrapper.
3. Peel off the protective backing strip.
4. Place the sticky side firmly onto the centre of the underwear.
5. Fold and secure the wings around the sides of the underwear.
6. Wrap the used pad and discard in a waste bin.

• Change the pad every 4 to 6 hours for hygiene.
• Do not wear a single pad for more than 8 hours.
