Drug-Drug Interactions: Ajaduo 25 mg/5 mg Tablet interacts with Beta-blocker medications (such as metoprolol, propranolol, glaucoma eye drops such as timolol), Antidiabetic class of drugs (e.g. glimepiride and insulin glargine) and antimanic agents (lithium).

Drug-Food Interactions: Intake of excessive alcoholic beverages may increase the chance of a life-threatening condition known as Lactic Acidosis. So, avoid intake of alcoholic beverages with Ajaduo 25 mg/5 mg Tablet .

Drug-Disease Interactions: Caution should be exercised with those affected with pancreatitis, lactic acidosis, cardiovascular risk, hypoglycemia, and B12 deficiency.

Co-administration of Linagliptin and Empagliflozin with Gatifloxacin may affect blood glucose levels. Both high blood glucose and, less frequently, low blood glucose have been reported.

It is not recommended to take Linagliptin and Empagliflozin with Gatifloxacin it can result in an interaction, but it can be taken if advised by the doctor. Maintaining blood glucose levels is advised. Do not discontinue any medication without consulting a doctor.
