Cardiolol-H Tablet 10's is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure. It is a combination medication generally used when a single medicine cannot control high blood pressure. It contains Nebivolol and Hydrochlorothiazide, which lowers heart rate and makes the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. It removes excess water and electrolytes from the body. It also relaxes blood vessels and improves blood flow over time. Thus, lowers blood pressure. It may cause side effects such as nausea, constipation, diarrhoea, fatigue, headache, dizziness, decreased potassium level in the blood, breathlessness, swelling of hands and feet, or paresthesia (burning sensation of the skin).
