Prescription Medicine

Magnakof-LS Syrup 100 ml is used to treat cough associated with mucus. It makes sputum less viscous to make breathing easier. Also, it widens and relaxes the airways (bronchi) of the lungs. It works by reducing the thickness or viscosity of bronchial secretions (phlegm) and increasing mucus flow, making it easier to cough. It may cause common side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, upset stomach, dizziness, headache, skin rash, tremor (shakiness), palpitations (uneven heartbeat), muscle cramps, and increased heart rate. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
