Naprosyn 500 Plus Tablet 10's

Naprosyn 500 Plus Tablet is used to reduce pain and swelling in muscles and joints in conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (pain and stiffness in the backbone), cervical spondylitis (wear and tear of spinal discs in the neck) and acute gout (severe pain due to excess of uric acid). It contains Naproxen, which works by reducing the production of chemicals, known as prostaglandins, that cause pain and swelling. In some cases, you may experience indigestion, heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, bruising, itching, rash, and ringing in your ears. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Cervical spondylosis is a common age-related condition that affects the bones and discs of the neck and can cause persistent neck pain, stiffness, headaches, and sometimes dizziness or tingling in the arms. It is important to understand that cervical spondylosis itself does not directly cause high blood pressure (BP). However, chronic pain, stress, and discomfort from the condition can sometimes lead to a temporary rise in BP readings. Regarding your medication, Esam AT 50 mg is usually prescribed to control high blood pressure, and it is appropriate only if you have been diagnosed with hypertension by your doctor. It does not treat cervical spondylosis. You should continue taking it as advised and monitor your BP regularly. For better control of cervical spondylosis symptoms, focus on lifestyle measures such as maintaining good posture, avoiding long hours of mobile or computer use, using a proper pillow, and doing regular neck exercises or physiotherapy. If your BP remains high, or if you experience symptoms like severe headache, chest pain, or persistent dizziness, you should consult your doctor for further evaluation and possible adjustment of treatment.
