Nemowar Cold & Flu Tablet 10's is used to relieve symptoms of a common cold, such as a runny nose, sneezing, itchy or watery eyes, and a blocked nose. It contains aceclofenac, paracetamol, phenylephrine, cetirizine, and caffeine. It works by blocking the action of certain substances responsible for causing allergic reactions. Common side effects of this medication are dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, dry mouth, constipation, and trouble sleeping.

This medicine is not recommended for use in children below 6 years of age as the safety is not established. Limited information is available on the use of medicine in special populations.
