Drug-Food Interaction:

• Alcohol: Drinking alcohol while taking PIOSAFE MF 15MG TABLET increases the risk of a dangerous buildup of lactic acid in the blood and can cause unpredictable changes in your blood sugar.

Drug-Disease Interaction:

• Kidney disease: Do not take PIOSAFE MF 15MG TABLET if you have severe kidney impairment, as it can cause the medication to build up to dangerous levels in your body.
• Heart failure: PIOSAFE MF 15MG TABLET can cause fluid retention, which can worsen active or severe congestive heart failure.
