Rozagold 20 Capsule is used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. It lowers the level of lipids and blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. It works by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots, which is harmful to the body. In some cases, it may cause side effects like headache, muscle pain, increased bleeding, stomach pain, indigestion, bruise (discolouration of the skin), bleeding in the nose, weakness, gastrointestinal bleeding, diarrhea, and nausea. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
