If someone is unconscious, very drowsy, confused, or hard to wake up, especially if this started suddenly, it could be a serious medical problem. This can happen because of low blood sugar, dehydration, infection, low blood pressure, a head injury, seizures, medication side effects, or other urgent issues. If she is not fully alert or is acting strangely, do not ignore it. Keep her lying on her side in a safe position and make sure she is breathing normally. Do not give her food, water, or medicine if she is only partly conscious or cannot swallow well. If she has diabetes, a fever, a recent injury, seizures, chest pain, trouble breathing, or keeps vomiting, she needs urgent medical care. Take her to the nearest hospital or emergency room right away, especially if she becomes less responsive, faints again, or cannot speak clearly. Getting medical help quickly can help find the cause and prevent further problems.

Drugs used for hypertension (metoprolol, amlodipine)
• Potential effect: May increase the risk of dizziness and low blood pressure.
Sleeping pills (zolpidem, clonazepam)
• Potential effect: May cause increased sedation.
Anti-Parkinson's medicine (levodopa)
• Potential effect: May reduce the effectiveness of levodopa.
Antidepressants (amitriptyline, dosulepin, imipramine)
• Potential effect: May cause side effects like dry mouth, constipation, and blurred vision.

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid the intake of alcohol with Vertiron Tablet as it may cause increased drowsiness, dizziness, and lack of concentration.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Inform your doctor if you have a history of the following conditions before taking Vertiron Tablet , as it may worsen your condition or cause complications.

Epilepsy
Problems emptying the urinary bladder
Glaucoma (increased eye pressure)
Parkinson's disease
Kidney problems
