Vaginal itching during early pregnancy is quite common and is often due to a mild fungal infection, increased vaginal discharge caused by hormonal changes, irritation from soaps or tight clothing, or sometimes bacterial infection. At the same time, cold symptoms like sneezing, a runny nose, or mild fever are usually due to a viral infection, which often improves on its own. However, because you are two months pregnant, it is important to be careful with any treatment and avoid self-medicating without medical advice. For vaginal itching, maintain good hygiene by washing the area gently with plain water and keeping it dry. Avoid using scented soaps, vaginal washes, or antiseptic products, as they can worsen irritation. Wear loose cotton underwear and avoid tight clothing. If the itching is due to a fungal infection, your doctor may prescribe a pregnancy-safe antifungal cream or vaginal medicine, which is usually very effective. Do not use over-the-counter creams without guidance during pregnancy. For cold symptoms, rest well, drink warm fluids like soups or herbal-safe warm water, and stay hydrated.
