How to Prepare Dexolac Special Care Preterm Formula:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Clean and sterilise the feeding bottle, nipple, and cap by boiling them in water for at least 10 minutes.
2. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool until lukewarm (around 40°C).
3. Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the sterilised feeding bottle as prescribed by your paediatrician.
4. Use the scoop provided in the tin. Add the prescribed number of level scoops of powder to the water. Do not heap or press the powder into the scoop.
5. Cap the bottle securely and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
6. Test a few drops of the formula on the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm, not hot. Feed immediately.

Pro Tip: Never use a microwave to prepare or warm infant formula, as it can cause uneven heating and severe burns to your baby's mouth, while also destroying valuable nutrients.

• This product is a specialised nutritional formula and must strictly be used under the supervision of a paediatrician or neonatologist.
• Any formula left in the bottle after a feeding must be discarded within 1 hour. Do not store or reheat leftovers.
• Store the tin in a cool, dry place (not in a refrigerator). Keep it away from direct sunlight. Once opened, close the lid tightly after each use and consume the contents within 3 weeks or by the expiry date, whichever is earlier.
• Unboiled water, unsterilized bottles, or incorrect dilution (too much or too little powder) can lead to severe illness or dehydration in the infant.
