- Wash your hands carefully.
- Boil bottle, spoon and bowl.
- Boil drinking water and allow to cool.
- Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of previously boiled water into bottle. Please look for the ml markings on the bottle.
- Consult feeding table and add the exact number of leveled scoops for age of baby. Shake bottle well to dissolve powder.
- Feed baby with bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.
