Directions for Use

  1. Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water before preparing the baby's food.
  2. Boil the baby’s feeding bowl and spoon for at least 5 minutes to ensure they are completely sterile.
  3. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and allow it to cool to lukewarm (approx. 40°C).
  4. Pour 75 ml of the lukewarm water into the sterilized feeding bowl.
  5. Add exactly 3 level scoops (approx. 25g) of Cerelac 8 to 24 months powder.
  6. Stir continuously until the powder dissolves into a smooth, lump-free paste.
  7. Check the temperature on your wrist, and feed immediately using a clean spoon.


Pro Tip: Discard any leftover, unconsumed cereal immediately. Do not store or reheat prepared baby food cereal, as bacterial growth can occur rapidly.
