1. Prepare the Area. Lay your baby on their back on a clean, safe changing table or mat. Have baby wipes and a fresh diaper within reach.
2. Position the Diaper: Slide the back half of the diaper (the side with the tapes) under your baby’s lower back. The top edge should align with the baby's waist.
3. Fold and Align: Bring the front half of the diaper up between your baby's legs and rest it gently over their belly.
4. Fasten the Tapes: Peel open the stretchable tape on both sides. Fasten them symmetrically on the front of the diaper's landing zone for a snug fit.
5. Adjust the Cuffs: Run your fingers around the elastic leg cuffs to ensure they are pulled outwards. This is critical for preventing side leaks.
6. Disposal: Roll the soiled diaper inwards, secure it with the fastening tapes, and dispose of it in a closed hygienic bin.
