To ensure your child receives the maximum nutritional benefit from Pediasure health drink chocolate flavour, follow these preparation steps:
1. Wash and sanitise your hands, the glass, and the mixing spoon thoroughly before preparation.
2. Measure out the liquid: Take 190 ml of pre-boiled milk (cooled to room temperature) or pure drinking water.
3. Add the powder: Add 2 levelled scoops (approx. 18.2g) of Pediasure powder to milk, OR 5 levelled scoops (approx. 45.5g) if mixing with water.
4. Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved and the liquid is smooth.
5. Consume immediately or cover, refrigerate, and consume within 24 hours.
Dosage by Age:
Pro Tip: Do not mix the powder into boiling milk or boil the mixture after preparation, as extreme heat destroys vital probiotics and heat-sensitive essential vitamins and minerals.
