Side Effects :

•bloating or swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs, or feet
•rapid weight gain
•fast, irregular, pounding, or racing heartbeat or pulse
•unusual tiredness or weakness
•dizziness
•feeling of warmth
•redness of the face, neck, arms, and occasionally, upper chest
•sleepiness or unusual drowsiness

WINBPAM 20MG TABLET You may take this medication with or without food.

WINBPAM 20MG TABLET . Amlodipine works by relaxing the muscles of your heart and blood vessels.
. Olmesartan keeps blood vessels from narrowing, which lowers blood pressure and improves blood flow.

. You should not use this medicine if you are allergic to it.
. Tell your doctor if you have:
-coronary artery disease;
-angina (chest pain), congestive heart failure;
-high levels of potassium in your blood;
-if you are on a low-salt diet;
-if you are 75 years or older; or
-if you recently had a heart attack.
