Acurehyc 100 mg Injection 1's is used to treat allergic and inflammatory conditions. It contains Hydrocortisone, which inhibits the release of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness, itching, and swelling. It also works as a replacement therapy for the natural steroid hormone cortisol. However, if you experience any symptoms like pain, swelling, or inflammation of a tendon area such as the back of the ankle, shoulder, biceps, hand, or thumb, consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
How does the drug interact with Acurehyc 100 mg Injection:
Co-administration of Desmopressin with Acurehyc 100 mg Injection may increase the risk of hyponatremia (low levels of salt in the blood).

How to manage the interaction:
If you have to use Desmopressin and Acurehyc 100 mg Injection together, your doctor may adjust the dose or monitor you more frequently to safely use both medications. However, if you experience loss of appetite, headache, nausea, vomiting, lethargy (very tired), irritability, difficulty concentrating, weakness, unsteadiness, memory impairment, confusion, muscle spasm, decreased urination, and/or sudden weight gain, contact your doctor immediately as these may be symptoms of water intoxication (water poisoning) and hyponatremia (low levels of salt in the blood). Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.

Coadministration of Amiodarone together with Acurehyc 100 mg Injection may raise the risk of an abnormal heart rhythm.

How to manage the interaction:
Even though Amiodarone and Acurehyc 100 mg Injection interact, they can be used if prescribed by a doctor. If you have cardiac problems or electrolyte imbalances, you may be at greater risk. If you experience abrupt dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, or rapid heartbeat, Weakness, tiredness, drowsiness, confusion, painful muscle cramping, dizziness, nausea, or vomiting, get medical attention. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.

Coadministration of baricitinib and Acurehyc 100 mg Injection can raise the risk of developing serious infections.

Although there is an interaction, baricitinib can be taken with Acurehyc 100 mg Injection if prescribed by the doctor. However, if you experience fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, blood in your coughing fluid, weight loss, red or irritated skin, body sores, discomfort or burning when you urinate, abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor.
