Alzil-SR 23 Tablet is used to treat the symptoms of dementia in people with mild and moderately severe Alzheimer's disease. It contains Donepezil, which works by increasing the levels of acetylcholine in the brain, a neurotransmitter involved in memory function. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, nausea, headache, muscle cramps, and tiredness. Most of these side effects are temporary and gradually resolve over time.
