  • NSAIDs (like ibuprofen): These pain relievers can reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of Amodep-TMH Tablet and increase the risk of kidney damage.

  • Grapefruit or grapefruit juice: May modestly increase amlodipine levels in some individuals. Although the interaction is generally less significant than with certain other calcium channel blockers, limiting grapefruit consumption may help avoid excessive blood pressure lowering.
