Brufen 400 Tablet is used to relieve mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever in adults and paediatrics above 6 months of age. It helps to treat conditions such as menstrual cramps, headache, neuralgia (nerve-related pain), migraine, back pain, dental pain, swelling and stiffness in joints and muscles, cold, and flu symptoms. It contains Ibuprofen, which works by reducing the production of chemicals prostaglandins that are produced at injury sites and cause pain and swelling. Thus, it reduces mild to moderate pain, inflammation, and fever. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as indigestion, diarrhoea, constipation, flatulence (gas), general weakness, and dizziness. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Knee pain while going up and down stairs is commonly due to Patellofemoral pain syndrome or early wear of the joint. Rest the knee, avoid excessive stair use or squatting, apply warm compresses, and do gentle strengthening exercises for the thigh muscles. You can take simple pain relief like Paracetamol if needed. If the pain persists, worsens, or there is swelling or instability, consult an orthopedician for proper evaluation and physiotherapy guidance.

last month i fell down from my bike and got inner injury on my left shoulder (particularly on portion near bicep). i went to ortho and he gave me some vitamin tablets and pain killer and got scanned. there is no bone injury however till today i get pain on entire left shoulder at a time. however, i can lift my arm and can drive bike - however this tingling sensation in entire left hand irritates me a lot? Why is it?
