Calcium Gluconate 10% Injection 10 ml is indicated for pediatric and adult patients to treat several medical conditions caused by low levels of Calcium in the body (hypocalcemia). It contains calcium gluconate, which is administered to increase calcium's blood levels in the body, thereby reducing the risk of calcium disorders due to a lack of calcium in the body. The most common adverse reactions of Calcium Gluconate 10% Injection 10 ml are local soft tissue inflammation, vasodilation, decreased blood pressure, bradycardia, cardiac arrhythmia, syncope, and cardiac arrest.

Co-administration of Calcium Gluconate 10% Injection 10 ml with Ceftriaxone can increase the risk of adverse effects.
