  • Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs): Do not take Clomias SR 75 Tablet 10's if you are currently taking, or have taken within the last 14 days, an MAOI. Doing so can cause a life-threatening reaction marked by high blood pressure, severe muscle stiffness, and extremely high body temperature.
  • Serotonin-boosting medicines: Combining this medicine with other antidepressants, triptans (for migraines), or certain pain relievers can increase the risk of a rare but serious condition called serotonin syndrome.
