Dlanz 30 mg Capsule 10's is used to treat heartburn caused by stomach problems and gastro-oesophageal reflux disease, erosive oesophagitis. It contains Dexlansoprazole, which reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach, resulting in the healing of the ulcers and preventing the formation of new ulcers. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects such as headache, effects on your stomach or gut, diarrhoea, stomach pain, constipation, gas (flatulence), nausea, or vomiting. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
