Domstal 10 Tablet is used to treat nausea and vomiting in adults and adolescents 12 years or older. Besides this, it also helps treat indigestion. It contains Domperidone, which prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking certain receptors (such as dopamine and serotonin) that stimulate the vomiting centre in the brain. It also increases the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract and helps decrease gastric emptying time. The most common side effect of this medicine is dry mouth.
