एस्मोनोवा-एल कैप्सूल का उपयोग गैस्ट्रो-ओसोफेगल रिफ्लक्स रोग (जीईआरडी) के इलाज के लिए किया जाता है। गैस्ट्रोएसोफेगल रिफ्लक्स रोग तब होता है जब पेट का एसिड बार-बार भोजन नली (ग्रासनली) में वापस बहता है; इससे एसिडिटी, दर्द और सीने में जलन होती है।
