    Co-administration of Lomitapide with Paracetamol and Etoricoxib may increase the risk of severity of liver problems.

    How to manage the interaction:
    Although there is a possible interaction between Paracetamol and Etoricoxib with Lomitapide, you can take these medicines together if prescribed by a doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms such as fever, chills, joint pain or swelling, skin rash, itching, loss of appetite, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dark urine, and/or yellowing of the skin or eyes. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
