Flamit Plus Tablet contains diclofenac and serratiopeptidase which is an NSAID (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) medicine. It is mainly used to relieve pain, swelling, and stiffness caused by osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and rheumatoid arthritis (inflammation of the joints). It is sometimes also used to reduce back pain. This medicine inhibits cyclo-oxygenase (COX) enzymes and this helps reduce pain. Common side effects include stomach ache, diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and indigestion.
