I've had too much Burp (Dakar) every day for the past ten to fifteen days. What's the source and how can I treat it?

Swallowing too much air, acidity, indigestion, gas, overeating, or illnesses like gastroesophageal reflux disease are common causes of frequent burping (dakar) lasting ten to fifteen days. It can also be brought on by smoking, consuming carbonated drinks, tea or coffee, eating too quickly, or consuming spicy or greasy foods. Eat small meals slowly, stay away from spicy and fried foods, cut back on soda and caffeine, and avoid resting down right away after eating. Light meals and warm water might be beneficial. See a doctor for a proper evaluation if the burping persists for several weeks or is accompanied by chest discomfort, vomiting, weight loss, black stools, or stomach pain.

Eat simpler, home-cooked meals, cut back on fatty and spicy foods, stay away from excess tea, coffee, soda, and gas-producing foods, and incorporate probiotics or curd into your diet. Eat slowly and stay hydrated. It is crucial to see a gastroenterologist for appropriate testing because this has been going on for a very long period, particularly if you also have weight loss, diarrhoea, severe stomach discomfort, weakness, or greasy stools.

Indigestion, constipation, eating too quickly, or gas-producing items such fried dishes, beans, cabbage, onions, or carbonated drinks are common causes of gas and trouble passing farts after dinner. After meals, consider having a light dinner, chewing food slowly, drinking warm water, and going for a quick stroll. After dinner, avoid resting down right away. See a doctor for a comprehensive examination if you also have severe stomach discomfort, vomiting, persistent bloating, constipation for several days, or weight loss.
