Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup is used in the treatment of productive cough (cough associated with mucus) in children. Grilinctus-BM Paediatric Syrup contains Terbutaline and Bromhexine. Terbutaline relaxes muscles and widens the airways. Thereby, it makes breathing easier. Bromhexine works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe and nose. Thereby helping to cough out easily. It may cause some side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, tremor, nervousness or rapid heartbeat.
