Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid giving Hatric 3 Suspension with chocolate and caffeine-containing foods such as cocoa beans and tea leaves as they may increase the risk of severity of side effects to your child. 

Drug-Disease Interactions: If your child has diabetes, hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid), chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), blockage in the stomach or intestines, pheochromocytoma (tumour in the adrenal glands), kidney, liver, heart or urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Hatric 3 Suspension.

How does the drug interact with Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml:
Co-administration of Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml with Selegiline can increase blood pressure.

How to manage the interaction:
Taking Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml together with Selegiline is not recommended as it can result in an interaction, but it can be taken if a doctor has advised it. However, consult a doctor immediately if you experience any symptoms such as severe headache, blurred vision, confusion, seizures, chest pain, nausea or vomiting, sudden numbness or weakness (especially on one side of the body), speech difficulties, fever, sweating, lightheadedness, and/or fainting. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
How does the drug interact with Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml:
Co-administration of Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml with Ergotamine can increase the risk of high blood pressure, heart stroke, intestinal problems, and gangrene (death of tissues, usually in the arm or leg, that may require surgical amputation)

How to manage the interaction:
Taking Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml together with Ergotamine is not recommended as it can result in an interaction, but it can be taken if a doctor has advised it. However, consult a doctor immediately if you experience severe abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, numbness or tingling, muscle pain or weakness, blue or purple discolouration of fingers or toes, pale or cold skin, chest pain or tightness, severe or throbbing headache, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, blurred vision, confusion, and/or slurred speech. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
How does the drug interact with Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml:
Co-administration of Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml with Linezolid can increase blood pressure.

Taking Hatric 3 Suspension 60 ml together with Linezolid is not recommended as it can result in an interaction, but it can be taken if a doctor has advised it. However, if you experience, severe headaches, chest pain, dizziness, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision or other vision changes, anxiety.
