Histaover Oral Drops is used to treat allergic skin reactions with inflammation and itching in children. It is also used to relieve anxiety and induce sedation before surgery. This medication contains Hydroxyzine, which works by blocking the action of histamine receptors, which is responsible for allergic symptoms. Thus, it effectively treats allergic reactions. Additionally, it reduces brain activity, which helps in managing anxiety. Sometimes, it may cause side effects such as dizziness, weakness, headache, nausea, constipation, sedation, vomiting, upset stomach, and diarrhoea.
