Hyocimax S Tablet belongs to the class of anticholinergic and antispasmodic drugs. It is used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), peptic ulcer disease, cystitis, diverticulitis, pancreatitis, and gastric/intestinal colic. This medicine works by blocking the acetylcholine activity and thereby helps reduce the disease. Common side effects include dry mouth, skin dryness, constipation, dizziness, fatigue, etc.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Hyocimax S Tablet may interact with certain electrolytes (e.g. potassium chloride), certain medicines used to treat a kidney stone condition (e.g. potassium citrate), and medicines used to treat certain types of seizures (e.g. topiramate, zonisamide).

Drug-Food Interactions: Hyocimax S Tablet can interact with alcohol.

Drug-Disease Interactions: Hyocimax S Tablet may interact with diseases conditions, including a known hypersensitivity disorder, autonomic neuropathy (dysfunction of the nerves), GI obstruction, glaucoma, obstructive uropathy (a condition in which the flow of urine is blocked), reactive airway diseases, myasthenia gravis (abnormal weakness of certain muscles), and infectious diarrhoea.
