Jakmac Tablet is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and ulcerative colitis. It contains Tofacitinib which works by lowering inflammation and symptoms associated with arthritis. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, headache, upper respiratory tract infection, nausea, and vomiting.   • Avoid spicy, fatty, or high-fiber foods that may irritate the colon.
  • Reduce stress through methods such as deep breathing or meditation.
  • Include probiotics or supplements containing live bacteria to maintain the health of the gut.
  • Quit smoking since smoking makes colitis symptoms worse.
  • See your doctor right away if you experience extreme inflammation, bleeding stools, or abdominal pain.
  • To promote overall health, drink plenty of water and consume hydrating foods like watermelon and leafy greens.
  • Support gut health with probiotic-rich foods such as yoghurt and sauerkraut.
  • Eat antioxidant-rich foods like berries and green tea, while limiting sugary drinks, alcohol, and processed foods.
