  • Sedatives, tranquilisers, and other medicines that cause drowsiness: Taking these with Kdol-P Tablet 10's may increase the risk of extreme sleepiness, slowed or difficult breathing, loss of consciousness, coma, or death.
  • Certain antidepressants and other medicines affecting serotonin levels: Combining tramadol with selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), tricyclic antidepressants, or other serotonergic medicines may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, a potentially serious condition caused by excessive serotonin activity. Symptoms may include confusion, agitation, rapid heart rate, sweating, shivering, muscle stiffness, tremors, or fever.
  • Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs): Do not use Kdol-P Tablet 10's with MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping MAOI treatment. This combination can cause serious and potentially life-threatening reactions, including serotonin syndrome.
  • Blood thinners: Regular use of this medicine with anticoagulants may increase the risk of bleeding and requires medical supervision.
  • Other medicines containing paracetamol: Taking multiple products containing paracetamol can increase the risk of severe liver damage due to accidental overdose.

Drug-Food Interactions:

  • Alcohol: Significantly increases the risk of severe drowsiness, dangerous breathing problems, and liver damage.

Drug-Disease Interactions:
