  • Pain relievers (NSAIDs): Using certain pain relievers alongside LACNID TABLET can increase the risk of central nervous system side effects, including seizures.

Certain foods and beverages may interfere with how LACNID TABLET works in your body:

  • Dairy Products (Milk, Yoghurt, Cheese): The main concern is with high-calcium products such as antacids or calcium supplements, which can significantly reduce absorption of ofloxacin. Normal dietary amounts of dairy are generally not clinically significant. However, to be cautious, it is advisable to maintain a 2-hour gap between LACNID TABLET and high-calcium supplements or antacid products.  
  • Caffeine: This medicine can slow down how your body processes caffeine, leading to increased jitteriness, anxiety, or a rapid heart rate.

Certain medical conditions may affect how LACNID TABLET works or increase the risk of side effects:

  • Nerve disorders: May worsen existing symptoms of peripheral neuropathy (numbness or tingling).
