Larepasm Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and enterocolitis (swelling in the intestine). It contains Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium, which decreases stomach acid production. Also, it decreases the abnormal activity in the brain and provides a calming effect and relaxing muscles. Thus, it helps to provide relief from stomach spasms and cramps. It may cause side effects such as dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, nausea, bloating, urination problems, drowsiness, dizziness, rash, swelling, irregular menstrual periods, and increased or decreased libido (sexual desire). Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
