I am now taking Envas 5 daily for high blood pressure instead of Lodoz 5. Are there any alternatives?

Yes, Envas 5 is a commonly used and effective medicine for high blood pressure. If it does not suit you or your BP is not well controlled, there are other options such as ramipril or lisinopril (similar medicines), telmisartan or valsartan, amlodipine, or combination tablets. The best alternative depends on your BP readings and other health conditions, so any change should be done only after consulting your doctor.

My blood pressure is 190/95 without medicine. I take Lodoz 5 mg daily, now it's 145/85. Please advise.
