Momesone T Cream is used to treat various skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, dermatitis (itchy, dry skin or rash), and tinea versicolor (lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest, and arms, or legs). It contains Mometasone and Terbinafine, which kill fungus and block the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen, and itchy. Mometasone effectively treats the inflammation and itchiness associated with eczema and psoriasis. It has common side effects, including skin peeling, itching, irritation, dryness, redness, and a burning sensation at the application site. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Directions for Use

क्रीम/जेल/मरहम: त्वचा के प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर साफ और सूखे हाथों से दवा की एक पतली परत लगाएं। आप इसे साफ रूई या धुंध की पट्टी से भी लगा सकते हैं। प्रभावित क्षेत्रों पर उत्पाद का उपयोग करने से पहले और बाद में अपने हाथ धोएं, जब तक कि उपचार हाथों के लिए न हो।

  • Consult a dermatologist to know why the skin was depigmenting and hence get proper therapy.
  • Your doctor may recommend light therapy, such as narrowband UVB phototherapy, to stimulate melanin production.
  • Use SPF 30 sun protection and protective clothing to prevent the skin from getting damaged by the sun.
  • Apply moisture to your skin regularly to maintain its hydration and health.
  • Avoid harsh skin products that can worsen depigmentation.
  • Use a serum or take supplements of vitamin C to promote healthiness in the skin and build up collagen.
  • Wash your face in the morning and evening with a mild cleanser to take off dirt and sebum.
  • To limit oil contact, try not to touch your face as much particularly your chin, nose, and forehead.
  • Moisturize with a light oil-free lotion that nourishes the skin while allowing the pores to breathe.
  • Throughout the day, get rid of excess oil by using oil blotting paper.

मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम is used to treat fungal skin infections. It is used to treat various skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, dermatitis (itchy, dry skin or rash), and tinea versicolor (lightening or darkening of the skin of the neck, chest, and arms, or legs).

मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम consists of Mometasone and Terbinafine. Mometasone, a corticosteroid, works by blocking prostaglandin's production (chemical messengers), which makes the affected area red, swollen, and itchy. Terbinafine is an antifungal medication that interferes with fungi growth leading to the fungal cell's death.

मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम is for topical (for skin) use only. Do not put a bandage or dressing on the affected area while treating with मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम unless the doctor advised. If the medicine gets into your eyes, nose, mouth or vagina, rinse with cold water. Do not apply मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम on open wounds, lesions and blisters.

मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम consists of corticosteroids (Mometasone) that can cause a rise in blood sugar levels by suppressing insulin secretion. Hence it is advised to consult your doctor before starting मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम.

मोमेसोन टी क्रीम १० ग्राम is not recommended for diaper rash, since it contains a corticosteroid, Mometasone furoate. Your baby's paediatrician may suggest other medications for the treatment of diaper rash.
