नेफ-टोल्वैप्टन टैबलेट के कारण लिवर ठीक से काम नहीं कर सकता है। यदि आपको मतली, उल्टी, बुखार, भूख न लगना, पेट दर्द, थकान, गहरा पेशाब, पीलिया, खुजली और फ्लू जैसे लक्षण महसूस हों, तो तुरंत अपने डॉक्टर से सलाह लें।
नेफ-टोल्वैप्टन टैबलेट से पेशाब ज़्यादा आने के कारण शरीर में पानी की कमी हो सकती है। इससे प्यास लगना, मुँह सूखना और किडनी से जुड़ी समस्याएँ जैसे दुष्प्रभाव हो सकते हैं। इसे रोकने के लिए, नियमित रूप से खूब पानी पिएँ। सोने से पहले 1-2 गिलास पानी पिएँ, भले ही आपको प्यास न लगी हो। जिन मरीज़ों को ऐसी बीमारियाँ हैं जिनसे वे कम पानी पीते हैं, उन्हें खास सावधानी बरतनी चाहिए।
