Olmesar H 40 mg Tablet 15's

Olmesar H 40 Tablet is used to lower high blood pressure (hypertension). It contains Olmesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide, which works by relaxing and widening the narrowed blood vessels. This allows the blood to flow more smoothly in the blood vessels, and the heart can pump more efficiently. Also, it works by removing extra water/fluid and certain electrolytes overload from the body. Thus, it lowers the fluid overload, raised blood pressure, improves blood flow, and reduce the future risk of a heart attack and stroke. In some cases, it may cause side effects such as nausea, upset stomach, dehydration, headache, diarrhoea, electrolyte imbalance, dizziness, and decreased blood pressure. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
