Olvisol-SR 30 Tablet 10's is used to treat angina pectoris. It contains Isosorbide mononitrate, which relaxes the muscles of blood vessels, especially of the heart, leading to proper blood flow towards the heart muscle. It may cause common side effects such as nausea, dizziness, and headache. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.
