I don't have any issues with my ears, although occasionally some soap or dust gets inside. Please recommend any standard ear drops. The eye drop is the same.

You actually don't require regular medicated drops if you don't have any ear issues and merely wish to clean your ears on a regular basis after being exposed to dust or soap; in fact, using too many drops can irritate your ear canal. Strong antibiotic drops can be substituted with light, safe ear-cleaning drops (wax softeners or gentle solutions) for infrequent usage.

Reduced hearing in one ear can be due to common causes like Impacted earwax, fluid or infection in the middle ear, or nerve-related issues like Sensorineural hearing loss. Your symptoms-severe pain, swelling of the outer ear, and white pus, suggest a serious ear infection such as Otitis externa or possibly spreading infection, especially since both ears are now involved with headache. This needs urgent medical attention, you will likely need proper ear cleaning and prescription antibiotic/antifungal ear drops like Ofloxacin ear drops or others as advised by a doctor. Keep your ears completely dry, do not insert anything, and take a pain reliever like Paracetamol if needed. Because of severe pain and discharge, please see an ENT specialist as soon as possible to prevent complications.

What could be the reason for the slight pain and heaviness I am experiencing in my right ear? My right ear had a tympanoplasty a year ago.

Since you had Tympanoplasty, mild pain and heaviness in that ear can be due to pressure changes from Eustachian tube dysfunction, a minor infection, or fluid buildup behind the eardrum. Avoid water entry into the ear, don?t use drops without advice, and try steam inhalation or gentle pressure equalizing (swallowing/yawning). If the discomfort persists, or you notice discharge, reduced hearing, or increasing pain, it?s important to consult an ENT specialist to check the repaired eardrum and middle ear.

I've had ear ache since yesterday. Maybe when taking a bath, some water goes out.
