Biomycetin Ear Drops 5 ml is for otic (ear) use only. Depending on your medical condition, you are advised to use Biomycetin Ear Drops 5 ml for as long as your doctor prescribes it. Depending on the diagnosis, a doctor may prescribe mild steroid drops (such as fluocinolone acetonide) for inflammation, or specific antifungal drops (like clotrimazole or acetic acid solutions) after professionally cleaning the ear. Please avoid starting new ear drops until a doctor has examined your ears to ensure the eardrum is intact.
