How to manage the interaction:
Taking Themicort-H 100mg Injection with Mifepristone is not recommended, consult a doctor before taking it. If you experience any symptoms, consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
Taking Iopamidol and Themicort-H 100mg Injection together can increase the risk of seizures, meningitis, and inflammation of the spinal membranes.

Taking Themicort-H 100mg Injection with Iopamidol is not recommended, please consult your doctor before taking it. If you experience any symptoms , consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
Co-administration of Themicort-H 100mg Injection and Ofloxacin can result in tendinitis (inflammation of the thick fibrous cords that connect muscle to bone) and tendon rupture.

Although taking Themicort-H 100mg Injection and Ofloxacin together may cause an interaction, they can be taken if prescribed by a doctor. Consult a doctor if you have pain, swelling, or inflammation in a muscle location such as the back of the ankle, shoulder, or biceps. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
Co-administration of Desmopressin with Themicort-H 100mg Injection may increase the risk of hyponatremia (low levels of salt in the blood).
How to manage the interaction:
If you have to use Desmopressin and Themicort-H 100mg Injection together, your doctor may adjust the dose or monitor you more frequently to safely use both medications. However, if you experience loss of appetite, headache, nausea, vomiting, lethargy (very tired), irritability, difficulty concentrating, weakness, unsteadiness, memory impairment, confusion, muscle spasm, decreased urination, and/or sudden weight gain, contact your doctor immediately as these may be symptoms of water intoxication (water poisoning) and hyponatremia (low levels of salt in the blood). Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
Coadministration of Amiodarone together with Themicort-H 100mg Injection may raise the risk of an abnormal heart rhythm.
How to manage the interaction:
Even though Amiodarone and Themicort-H 100mg Injection interact, they can be used if prescribed by a doctor. If you have cardiac problems or electrolyte imbalances, you may be at greater risk. If you experience abrupt dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, shortness of breath, or rapid heartbeat, Weakness, tiredness, drowsiness, confusion, painful muscle cramping, dizziness, nausea, or vomiting, get medical attention. Do not discontinue any medications without consulting a doctor.
The combined use of Yellow fever vaccine and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can cause a risk of infection.
How to manage the interaction:
Co-administration of Yellow fever vaccine and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can lead to an interaction, Before receiving the yellow fever vaccine, you should let your doctor know if you are now receiving or have recently received Themicort-H 100mg Injection. Your doctor may decide to postpone vaccination in some cases so that your body has time to recover from the side effects of Themicort-H 100mg Injection therapy. On the other hand, if you recently had the yellow fever vaccine, your doctor might decide to put off starting your Themicort-H 100mg Injection therapy for a few weeks.
The combined use of Clarithromycin and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can increase the blood levels of Themicort-H 100mg Injection.

Co-administration of Clarithromycin and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by your doctor. However, if you experience any symptoms like swelling, weight gain, high blood pressure, high blood glucose, muscle weakness, depression, acne, thinning skin, stretch marks, easy bruising, bone density loss, cataracts(the lens of the eye becomes progressively opaque, resulting in blurred vision), menstrual irregularities, excessive growth of facial or body hair, and abnormal distribution of body fat, especially in the face, neck, back, and waist, consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
The use of Etanercept and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can increase the risk of infections.

Co-administration of etanercept and Themicort-H 100mg Injection can lead to an interaction, it can be taken if advised by a doctor. However, if you experience any symptoms like fever, chills, diarrhea, sore throat, muscle aches, shortness of breath, blood in phlegm, weight loss, red or inflamed skin, body sores, and pain or burning during urination, consult the doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without a doctor's advice.
Taking Grepafloxacin and Themicort-H 100mg Injection together can cause tendinitis and tendon rupture.
