ZY-Q 300 Tablet contains hydroxychloroquine, which is used in the treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus, acute or chronic rheumatoid arthritis, dyslipidaemia, systemic and discoid lupus erythematosus, polymorphous light eruption, and malaria. Stomach Pain

Drink water or other clear fluids.
